RSE Champions Project
A free new project from Dhiverse
The RSE Champions project is designed to develop students into peer RSE Champions who can reflect on, understand, and influence Relationships and Sex Education within their school or educational setting. Participants explore key RSE themes before designing and delivering a student-led project that captures peer and/or staff voice to inform improvements in RSE provision.
Sessions can be delivered flexibly to suit school/setting needs and timetables. This may include delivery during school hours, after school, or during lunch breaks where time allows. Sessions can also be delivered fortnightly, on different days of the week, and at different times, to further minimise the impact on students’ school commitments and timetables.
A named contact (e.g. PSHE Lead, Safeguarding Lead, or Head Teacher) will be required to act as the main point of contact. This person will liaise between students and Dhiverse, support practical arrangements such as room bookings and resources, and act as the key link for communication throughout the project. They will also take part in the students’ final feedback and presentation session to receive findings and support the development and improvement of the setting’s RSE provision.
