Important Message About Changes to Our Counselling Service
Due to both the high demand and a change in funding for our counselling service we are now charging for counselling sessions. We have set the cost as low as possible so that it isn’t a barrier to those in need of counselling.
Sessions are £25 each.
We may be able to offer a reduced rate, depending on your circumstances but this is not guaranteed and can be discussed at the free assessment session.
Please note that throughout April, due to our waiting list, we will only be doing assessment appointments; counselling sessions will not begin until w/c 3rd May 2024.
The new charge will apply to any referrals made after the 31st of March 2024.
Counselling
Are you feeling anxious and overwhelmed by complicated feelings and unhelpful and confusing patterns of behaviour?
Would you like to talk to a professional who will listen but won’t judge and will help you to make sense of things and understand yourself better?
We can provide a safe and relaxed space for anyone aged 18 or above to talk about: Relationships and Sex, Concerning Sexual Behaviours, Sexual Health, HIV, Gender Identity, Sexuality, Sexual Trauma.
We offer both face to face or online sessions; whatever works best for you. Face to face sessions are available at different venues across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

Our counsellors offer personalised therapeutic counselling. They are registered with a professional body and are Level 4 or above qualified, or working towards this if they are a trainee.
As routine, we provide hand sanitiser for client’s use, and the counselling area is sanitised after each client.
