Education Facilitator

Part-time | 25 hours per week | Term-time only | Hybrid working

Salary: £25,350 FTE (£13 per hour)

Contract: Fixed-term (12 months from September 2026)

Are you passionate about empowering young people and vulnerable adults to make informed, confident choices about relationships, sex, and sexual health?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Education Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver engaging, accessible sessions that help individuals better understand healthy relationships, sexual wellbeing, and personal safety.

About the role

You’ll deliver predesigned educational sessions on a range of topics including Healthy Relationships, Consent, Body Image, which support both neurodivergent and neurotypical young people and neurodivergent adults. Sessions may be delivered one-to-one or in groups, either face-to-face or online.

You’ll work across a variety of settings, including schools, colleges, learning disability services, housing projects, and from our office in Huntingdon.
