Working Well?

Since December 2005 people living with HIV have been covered by the Disability Discrimination Act from the point of diagnosis.

  • What should I do if an employee discloses they are HIV positive?
  • Are there any risks of transmission at work?
  • Would we be liable if an HIV positive employee experienced discrimination?
  • Should we have an HIV policy?
  • What reasonable adjustments might be needed?
  • What support is available to my staff?

For help in answering these questions, and other issues around hidden disabilities in YOUR workplace, Working Well? will be providing free training, seminars, and support.
